tl;dr: TicketWeb ripped me off and they'll rip you off too.

So, last year I bought my Bloodstock ticket from TicketWeb, months in advance. As the time drew near, my ticket still hadn't arived. I rang them up and they claimed it had been sent out but that 'someone' had sent it back. Assuming that it had been delivered to the correct address, this seems unlikely as I get on okay with my neighbours. I had to call them at my own premium rate expense for severl long phone calls to try and get this sorted out, during which it became clear that anyone you did speak to would not pass on details of what had been arranged to anyone else. So, agreeing with one agent that my ticket (worth over £100, btw) would be sent out the next day was basically pointless as he then went off shift. They were then horrendously inefficient at eventually sending out a replacement, despite still having time, and in the end I only got in to Bloodstock due to the kindness of the woman on the gate.

Recently, and in good time, I bought my ticket for Heidenfest, another metal festival, through TicketWeb because I thought the tickets were only available through them. There was no confirmation email, and there's been no sign of my ticket - though I note the money has gone from my account. Going to their website, they provide a customer contact form which I had to fill in fully before realising that there is no way to submit it. Since that's the case, I'm left with no option but to whinge online!


ETA: okay, in strict fairness I can confirm that my ticket has now arrived. Still, not impressed at the general level of service from them.
A bit of research online shows they have a very poor reputation, which seems only to have got worse. I would avoid them at all costs.
